4. Orders & Payments

• By placing an order, you agree to provide current and accurate billing and shipping information.
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as listed on the Site.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders if fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Orders are subject to vendor inventory availability, and vendors may refuse or cancel any order at their discretion.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Local pickup at the vendor's location is currently the only supported option at checkout.
• We will soon offer shipping within Canada only. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
• We and our vendors are not responsible for shipping delays due to third-party carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns & Refunds

• We are not responsible for returns and refunds. Returns and refunds are between the customer and the vendor. Please contact the vendor directly to learn about their return and refund policy.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

• Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• We comply with Canadian privacy laws, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
